Visit counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across other sites. It records pages viewed, not people.

The email list

Names and email addresses given on the sign-up page are held in Kit. Double opt-in is required, so nothing is sent until you confirm. Unsubscribe from any email and the record is deleted.

Cookies

One cookie records your choice on the banner. Decline and nothing further is set.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the ICO.
